Operations Manager - Full Time

Joining the Team as our Operations Manager, you will support the director in the daily running of the company.

You will be responsible for dealing with our suppliers and building long term business relationships with all our hotels, and contractors. You’ll also mange all Route Planning along with working alongside our operators.

You’ll need to lead our team to become destination experts to recommend and sell our Day Trips, Mini Breaks and Holidays, UK Breaks and of course the additional products that make our customers holidays extra special!

You will put all our customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved local coach holiday company in the local area.

How You Will Make an Impact as a Manager

MUST have previous coach travel experience (preferably within a coach holiday shop or at a coach company)

MUST have a FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE & access to your own vehicle

Travel Advisors - RCT - Part Time

As part of your new position with us, you will be required to participate in a three week training programme at our Merthyr Tydfil Store.

We’re recruiting x3 16 hour Travel Consultants

Accounts Administrator - 30 hrs

We’re recruiting a new 30 Hour Accounts Administrator to join our Team with duties including but not limited to;

Check Supplier invoices and post onto our accounts software

Reconcile the purchase ledger to supplier statements and chase missing invoices

Deal with inbound calls from suppliers and assist with queries

Bank transactions and reconciliations

Reconcile credit card and petty cash accounts

Inputting data into our accountancy software programme

Process employee expenses

Assistance to weekly and monthly payroll

Processing and generating sales invoices

Run reports from our internal coach booking software

Generate reports

General ad hoc duties

The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team. You must be able to prioritise your workload and stay on task.

Attention to detail is a key part of the role and as an Accounts Assistant it is important to have an accurate and professional nature.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is extremely beneficial along with previous administration experience.


The working hours for this position are between 9am and 6pm and you must be flexible Monday to Friday.
